This delicate and complex washed processed coffee from Guatemala is the perfect addition to our filter program.
Zoila Camposeco is the owner of a very small parcel of land in San Antonio Huista, Huehuetenango. She has around half a hectare, which is at 1800 masl, and is planted with mostly pache. Zoila has been implementing an extended fermentation method which gives her coffee lots of tropical fruit characteristics.
She has been receiving training from ACODIHUE in farm management and organic farming practices, which has helped her improve production and quality. Zoila's farm is organic certified and she grows a diverse range of food crops
We think filter is the best way to enjoy this coffee so have roasted accordingly, enjoy as a pourover or plunger - whatever takes your fancy!
