Shipping

We offer free Royal Mail shipping within the UK. We are aiming to keep to all our delivery times but bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. However, usually arrives in 3 working days.

We also offer a second paid-for service with DPD for UK based orders. Costing £4.70, you can select this courier service at checkout and once your order is placed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email from DPD. Please note this service only delivers on working days (Monday-Friday). Orders over 2 kg are free delivery charges with DPD

We aim to send out all orders placed before midnight on the next working day (Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays). At busy times we might not be able to do this and once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Returns

Coffee is a perishable product and roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on your coffee order. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our orders support team within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at contact@symavacoffee.com - we may be able to offer you an exchange or recommend another product that suits you better.

If you have changed your mind and the items are unsuitable then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a refund. You will incur the carriage charge for return of the goods. Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging. Please allow 14 working days for this process.

If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

All shipping back to Symva is to be paid for by the customer. We recommend that your carrier provides you with ‘proof of delivery’ as Symva cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Best before

The best before date is about quality and not safety. The Coffee will be safe to drink after this date but may not be at its best. Best before 8 weeks after the roast date - coffee is a fresh food product, it may lose character over time.
