Which Symva Coffee's subscription is for you?

Church Rd: Full-bodied, bold and dark chocolate notes. In terms of strength, it’s considered a higher intensity brew, so we recommend using Church Road as a milk based option or a stronger espresso. 

Amazonas: Velvety feel with caramel and spicy notes. As a medium-density coffee, it strikes the perfect balance of strength and flavour and is suited to a wide range of brewing methods. 

Hoyo Frio: Sweet, complex and fruit-forward, featuring notes of fresh red berries. It’s the lightest profile of our three blends and serves as both an exceptional espresso or a medium-bodied milk blend. 

Single Origin: A seasonal schedule of high-quality single origin beans, with a roast profile suited to espresso and filter brewing, including Aeropress and pour overs. For subscribers, there’s a chance you’ll receive a repeat of Single Origins as they’re picked at random (but always delicious). 

Chaparral Decaf:Butterscotch, cocoa and mixed spice flavour notes. Perfect for when you’re craving smooth and delicious coffee, without the caffeine hit. 

Important information:

  • All new subscription orders placed will be dispatched within 24-48 business hours (first orders cannot be delayed so be ready for some delicious coffee)
  • Amendments on existing subscriptions must be made by Tuesday 5 pm.
  • Recurring payments are taken on Tuesdays
  • Recurring orders will be dispatched Wednesday to Friday (depending on your frequency).

Yes! All Symva's subscriptions qualify for FREE UK mainland shipping.

How will I know when my next shipment is coming?

We will always send you an email 4 days before your next shipment is scheduled to process.

Can I add items to my subscription as a one-off?

Of course! Just log in to your account and ‘toss in’ some items. It’s the easiest way to explore different products in our range (without the commitment).  

Can I skip or postpone my subscription?

You can skip as many deliveries as you like or update your next dispatch date. Head to Manage subscriptions > reschedule > delay for 1/2 weeks or choose a specific date > save changes.
