Method
Prep the V60 – Place your V60 over your cup and pop in a filter.
Rinse the filter – Pour hot water through it to get rid of any paper taste, then discard the rinse water.
Add coffee – Scoop in your coffee and level it off so it’s nice and flat.
Set up the scale – Place the V60 and cup on your scales and get ready to brew.
Start the timer – Begin pouring 50g of water slowly, making sure all the grounds are wet. Watch it bloom and release those amazing aromas!
Continue pouring – Slowly add the remaining water in gentle circles over the coffee (not the sides of the filter). This should take about 90 seconds.
Let it drip – Allow the V60 to finish dripping for 2–3 minutes.
Enjoy – Your clean, flavorful cup is ready. Sit back and savor every sip!
